Ma
Psychologie, Physique
Quantique, Neurobiologie, Chamanisme, Bouddhisme Tibétain, Méditation,
Médecine
Intuitive, Spiritualité, Médiumnité, Soins énergétique, Nutrition...
French-American,
my
practice as a therapist began many years ago when I graduated in
physical therapy. Shortly after, I felt the need to undertake research
in so-called alternative disciplines, especially in the United States.
These made me aware of the importance of offering care that addresses
our 4 levels of existence: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
This quest of several decades, which is enriched a little more every
day, took me all over the world and put me in contact with
incredible researchers and practitioners in many fields: Psychology,
Quantum Physics, Neurobiology, Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism, Meditation,
Intuitive Medicine, Spirituality, Mediumship, Energy Healing, Nutrition
...
Some of my short films:
Words I resonate with
For each of us eventually, whether we're ready or not
Someday it will come to an end.
Your wealth, fame and temporal power will shrivel to irrelevance.
It will not matter what you owned or owed.
Your grudges, resentments, frustrations, and jealousies will finally disappear.
So too, your hopes, ambitions, plans and to-do lists will expire.
The wins and losses that once seemed so important will fade away.
It won’t matter where you came from
Or what side of the tracks you lived at the end.
It won’t matter if you’re beautiful or brilliant.
Even your gender and skin color will be irrelevant.
So what will matter?
How will the value of your days will be measured?
What will matter is not what you’ve bought but what you’ve built
Not what you got but what you gave.
What will matter is not your success but your significance.
What will matter is not what you’ve learned but what you’ve taught.
What will matter is every act of integrity, compassion, courage, and sacrifice
That enriched and empowered or encouraged others to emulate your
example. What will matter is not your competence but your character.
What will matter is not how many people you knew
But how many will feel a lasting loss when you’re gone.
What will matter is not your memories
But the memories that live with those who loved you.
A life lived that matters is not of circumstance but of choice.

"Normally we are so identified with our thoughts and emotions, that we
are them. We have to learn to step back and know our thoughts and
emotions are just mental states. They
are not solid, they are transparent. Then arises the question: ”who am
I?” And the great understanding is that the further back we go the more
open and empty the quality of our consciousness becomes. Instead of
finding some solid little eternal entity, which is “I”, we get back to
this vast spacious mind which is interconnected with all living beings.
In this space you have to ask, where is the “I” and where is the
“other”. As long as we are in the realm of duality, there is “I” and
“other”. This is our basic delusion. It’s what causes all our problems.
Because of this we have a sense of being very separated. That is our
basic ignorance!
This duality, this sense of being separated is the
cause of our fundamental pain, the deep loneliness that human beings
feel at the core of their being. We create this sense of an “I” and
everything else is “ Non I”. And from that comes this attraction to
other “Non I” which “I” want, and this aversion to everything “I” don’t
want. This is the source of greed, our aversion and all other negative
qualities that we have. It all comes from this basic dual
misapprehension.
Once we realize that the nature of our existence is
beyond thought and emotions, that it is incredibly vast and
interconnected with all other beings, then the sense of isolation,
separation, fear and hopes fall away. It’s a tremendous relief! This is
the joy of unity that comes when the ego has been shed.
We are not
enlightened because we do not bother to bring ourselves back to the
present because we are too fascinated by the games the mind is playing.
Genuine renunciation is giving up our fond thoughts, all our delight in
memories, hopes and daydreams, our mental chatter. To renounce that and
stay naked in the present is renunciation!
We say we want to be
enlightened but we don’t. Only bits of us want to be enlightened. We are
stopped by fear and lethargy; the great inertia of the mind. We should
wake ourselves up but instead we find excuses…we like dreaming!"

Every great and deep difficulty bears in itself its own solution. It forces us to change our thinking in order to find it.
- Niels Bohr -
The key to understand Free Will is to know where you are speaking from:
below or above the speed of light.
Below the speed of light, the choice
is ultimately already made, even though we experience making decisions,
the outcome was already decided, we just had to get there. It is the
aspects of humans above the speed of light which have the choice.
- Manjir Samanta-Laughton -
Modern
civilization is largely devoted to the pursuit of the cult of delusion.
There is no general information about the nature of mind. It is hardly
ever written about by writers or intellectuals; modern philosophers do
no speak of it directly; the majority of scientists deny it could
possibly be there at all. It plays no part in popular culture: No one
sings about it; no one talks about it in plays; and it’s not on TV. We
are actually educated into believing that nothing is real beyond what we
can perceive with our ordinary senses. This is perhaps the darkest
and most disturbing aspect of modern civilization; its ignorance and
repression of who we really are.
- Sogyal Rinpoche-
A human being is part of a whole, called by us the “Universe”, a part
limited in space and time. He experiences himself, his thoughts and
feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical
delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us,
restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few
persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison
by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures
and the whole of nature in its beauty.
- Albert Einstein -
Today modern science is reconnecting us with the ancient history of spirituality which really says that we are energy beings inhabiting a physical body and if we understand that we start honoring the energy part, the invisible stuff and quickly find out that this invisible energy world is more powerful than the physical world.

The
only thing that’s everywhere, that connects all things is Space! Space is
between galaxies, between stars, between planets, between cells, between atoms
and even the Space inside the atom is 99,999999%. So the reality we live in
is mostly Space. Everything you see, all the “material” world (like your body)
that you think is so solid is actually mostly Space! What we call “Matter” is
only 0,000001% of what’s there. Yet we spend most of our time paying attention
to the 0,000001% and forget to look at the Space. Maybe we should pay attention
to the largest percentage because instead of matter defining the Space maybe
it’s the Space that defines matter.
This
is a fundamental change in consciousness to actually go in the world and
realize that you are mostly space and that space is defining you instead of you
defining it.
- Nassim Haramein -
At the edge
of the Perception Horizon (what we call our reality), light splits into
antimatter and matter components. The three are eternally bound in a
continuous cycle, being neither light nor matter nor antimatter. The
antimatter and matter components are “real”, but are rather like viewing
light through one aspect. They are separate from light and not separate
at the same time.
The
component of antimatter exists in negative space-time and at the c2
vibration, whilst matter exists at the c vibration. The two worlds are
mirror images of each other and intimately entwined. In fact, the
antimatter gives rise to the matter region. This leads to an
extraordinary conclusion. Everything that happens in our world with
matter and positive space-time has already happened in the negative time
antimatter region.
The antimatter
region contains a type of blueprint that shapes our world. It contains
all the information for everything to exist in the positive timeline
region. Remember that when we are in either the c or the c2 region, it
is as if we are looking at light, through a certain aspect. Just as a
prism splits light into different colors, light has been split into
different regions, the c and c2 region. The underlying truth is that all
is light.
So it is with
the mass and charge and time of the antimatter and matter. When
combined, they cancel out. So really time does not exist in the big
picture, it is as if consciousness itself is looking through a window,
which gives the illusion that time exists. This window is our world,
with all the events that occur within it. In the deeper aspect of our
reality, all the events are happening at once, they are therefore both
in a timeline and out of one, at the same time.
The Black Hole
Principle is finally in a position to answer questions about free will
and destiny. You life has already happened in the negative timeline
region and is simply following a pattern shaped by the antimatter
region.
However,
remember that we are all both antimatter, matter and light at the same
time. We exist both in time and out of time at the same time. Par of
everything and everyone is eternal and exists beyond the Perception
Horizon (above the speed of light). It is this part of you that is in
the Eternal Now of mystical teaching. This is what is traditionally
known as the higher self. When you choose, you choose from the eternal
self that exists out of space and time. From this perspective events do
not occur in a sequence. This is the region of transcendent
consciousness that is just on the edge of scientific discussion. The
choices you experience in your life (below the speed of light) have
truly occurred here (above the speed of light), transcendent of your
birth and death. The blueprints for our life events exist in the mirror
world in negative space-time and we simply travel through them in
positive space-time.
This may lead someone to question the point of a life where the choices have been made for you. The
point of life is the experience, those daily thoughts and our reactions
to events. It is as if the great oneness is playing a game with itself
and pretending to be separate in order to learn about itself.
It
is only in the c (matter) and c2 (antimatter) regions that a sequence
of events exists. The sequences run both forward and backward in time.
It may be possible for some people to tune their consciousness to be the
c2 region and see events that have “happened” in the future.
Many people believe that we choose our reality in each moment. This view
is one that features heavily in teachings that may be considered “ New
Age”, but also in the philosophical considerations of quantum physics.
As we recall, at the quantum level of reality, particles exist in a
state of infinite reality, it is our observation that collapses this
nebulous existence into something more tangible. Some have interpreted
this as saying that we have infinite choice in each moment of our lives,
even that each choice has been made by a parallel you, in a parallel
universe. The film that has popularized the idea of infinite choice in
each moment is “What the bleep do we know”.
But the Black Hole Principle shows us that the sea of infinite choice
that is glimpsed in quantum physics is actually the region that exists
out of space and time. When below the Perception horizon (below the
speed of light0, which is complexed with its mirror world, the choice
has already been made. This is why quantum physics often criticize the
idea that we have infinite choice and create our own reality, saying
that the “real world” does not act like quantum world.
The parallel
worlds are actually the infinite choices that are presented to our
infinite selves. But within our reality (below the speed of light), our
lives are predetermined; there is no parallel “you” making another
choice. This also means that the choices we make are always the “right”
ones because our infinite selves have already chosen them. It helps
to create acceptance of the reality that is in front of you instead of
trying to choose your way out of it, which is paradoxically
disempowering, because it implies that you are a victim of circumstance.
You have already chosen that reality as you are limitless. We may
dislike some of the aspects of our lives, but we have chosen them from
our limitless, infinite selves in order to give ourselves the right
circumstances to learn within a particular life.
As people travel on
their spiritual journey, they often encounter a stage of development
when it seems that linear, ego self creates reality. We seem to manifest
our intentions. Although this works, it appears to be a prelude to a
time of surrender when there is no longer any need to create, as the
individual realizes that everything has already been created by
themselves anyway. It is not so much our consciousness that creates
reality, but consciousness itself that creates and we are part of it.
-Manjir Samanta Laughton-
Two people have been living in you all your life one
is the ego, garrulous, demanding, hysterical, calculating; the other is the hidden
spiritual being, whose still voice of wisdom you have only rarely heard or
attended to. As you listen more and more to the teachings, contemplate them,
and integrate them into your life, your inner voice, your innate wisdom of
discernment, what we call “discriminating awareness” is awakened and
strengthened, and you begin to distinguish between its guidance and the various
clamorous and enthralling voices of ego. The memory of your real nature, with
all its splendor and confidence, begins to return to you. You will find, in
fact, that you have uncovered in yourself your own wise guide.Your guide will help you find more and more
ways out of your obsession with your habitual responses and confused emotions.
As the voice of your discriminating awareness grows stronger and clearer, you
will start to distinguish between its truth and the various deceptions of the
ego, and you will be able to listen to it with discernment and confidence. The
more often you listen to this wise guide, the more easily you will be able to
change your negative moods yourself, see through them, and even laugh at them
for the absurd dramas and ridiculous illusions that they are. Gradually you
will find yourself able to free yourself more and more quickly from the dark
emotions that have ruled your life. If you follow the voice of your wise guide,
the voice of your discriminating awareness, and let ego fall silent, you come
to experience that presence of wisdom and joy and bliss that you really are. A
new life, utterly different from that when you were masquerading as your ego,
begins in you. And when death comes, you will have learned already in life how
to control those emotions and thoughts that in the states of death, the bardos,
would otherwise take on an overwhelming reality.
When your amnesia over your identity begins to be
cured, you will realize finally that grasping at self is the root cause of all
your suffering. You will understand at last how much harm it has done both to
yourself and to others, and you will realize that both the noblest and wisest
thing to do is to cherish others instead of cherishing yourself. This will
bring healing to your heart, healing to your mind, and healing to your spirit.
