The Best answer to Monsanto!
We are simply in the Valley of Santiago practically at the heart of
Mexico, before the plants of Don José Carmen, a modest farmer, who can
revolutionize farming. The nutritional quality and flavour of this
vegetables have been confirmed by Jean-Marie Huvac, lecturer for the
"laboratory of applied vegetal biology" at the Natural History Museum in
Paris, and his experiments have been successfully repeated in the
scientific setting of the University of Agronomie of Chapingo by
Professor Nicolas Cerda. What is at stake, is not only the prodigious
growth, albeit amazing, of Don José Carmen's giant crops, but above
inexplored perspectives concerning ecological and food problems in the
world.
